March 12-14th was Retreat 1 for 2021 at the amazing Mission Beach Eco Village.
20 ladies were treated to a wonderful program of health, relaxation, pampering, fun and connection.

I was delighted to return to my home town as a guest speaker for International Women's Day with Zonta Charters Towers.
The event was very rewarding and loads of great feedback, connections and book sales helping to raise funds for Zonta.

It was fun to catch up with Matt B Lewis recently who is about to launch an online program to help regional authors and illustrators of children's books achieve their dreams. I am delighted to help him on his mission.

My inspiration to create a School of Wellness came from wanting to share information, hints, tips and practical tools that I have learned on my journey to Wellness.
The program relates to the 12 Steps of my book alongside interviews with experts from all over the world as well as downloadable resources, must watch documentaries and links to helpful information.
This content is relevant to individuals, organisations and community services organisations and I'm delighted to share it with people all over the world.

This week I'm delighted to travel back to Ayr and Home Hill to meet clients, customers, children and the media.
I have donated my new book; The Koala who Lost his Heart to the Burdekin Library and I will do a reading for children and families in the Ayr Library at 10:30am on Friday 22nd January.
Following which I will host a Wellness Workshop at the Library from 12-2pm. Bookings available here:
